1. Provides administrative support with the Assistant to the Secretary as This includes but is not limited to: administering the Committee Volunteer Travel Reimbursement Program and the reports required, preparing and submitting invoices for payment, the governance (and Presidential and Board Chair) calendars, organizing in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings and associated logistics, website updates, vendor/supplier management, budget, purchasing, printing, binding, and other activities in support of governance and the OS team.
2. Provide governance support for the Committee on Committees, Committee on Nominations and Elections and for other governance as directed. This includes but is not limited to: updating reports, meeting documents; assisting with the other activities of the office including the governance travel calendar and maintain the shared office folder of all electronic materials. Responsible for documentation and archival of major governance material.
3. Collaborates with internal and external team members on special projects, events, and resolution of challenges as they arise.
4. Support projects as directed by the Assistant to the Secretary.
This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office. A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $60,000 - $78,000 per year.
