Description

We are currently seeking a full-time human resources manager to join our team in Easton, Maryland. The human resources manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. In addition, the human resources manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facility.

This position is a full-time leadership role, 40 hours per week, with an excellent benefits package.

Human Resources Manager Key Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for all recruitment activities, including job postings, supporting supervisory staff with interviewing, and new employee onboarding.Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate personnel files.Responsible for overseeing employee relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering a productive and positive work environment.Administration of the annual performance management process.Administration of all employer benefit programs in coordination with outside brokers, insurance companies, and other service providers.Responsible for overseeing staff licensure and continuing education programs.Responsible for the creation and analysis of employee satisfaction / pulse surveys, including presentation of results and trends to senior management.Performs other specific projects relating to human resources, payroll, data entry, and information system operations as required.Ensuring proper security measures for the facility, including collaborating with security system vendors, managing access to the facility, and maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA.Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility and supporting the Executive Director with administrative tasks.Oversee the facility grounds, buildings, and equipment, including coordination with outside vendors.The above statements are only meant to be a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by the human resources manager. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldSHRM or PHR Certification3+ years of experience in a similar roleThorough knowledge of Maryland employment-related laws and regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.

Salary Description

Salary Range - $60,000 - $80,000 a year
