Role Description: SAP ERP Manager • Project management: Leading SAP implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget • Client relations: Building strong relationships with clients, acting as an advisor, and communicating complex concepts • Solution development: Providing strategic guidance and tailored SAP solutions based on their knowledge of the industry • Business process improvement: Identifying optimization opportunities and enhancing business processes • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with SAP projects • Team leadership: Leading and mentoring SAP professionals, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance • Technical and functional teams: Managing SAP technical and functional teams • New solutions: Investigating and developing new solutions • Regional priorities: Defining and executing regional priorities • Liaison: Liaising with transversal functions • Performance management: Promoting a strong culture of performance management
