We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Finance Reporting Manager to join the finance team at Winland Foods. The position is responsible for a variety of financial duties surrounding the planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting functions for Supply Chain Finance. This includes periodic reporting of financial results, variance analysis, forecasts, the annual budget process, data consolidation and special projects. The position will also partner with the Finance Director and cross functional teams, including Operations, Commercial Finance, Planning, to provide financial guidance and analytics to support key decision making to help ensure that the plants' and company objectives are achieved. The Supply Chain Finance Reporting Manager will participate in key finance functional initiatives, and play a strategic role for Winland and heavily partner with key stakeholders to drive results. This role is expected to provide insightful analysis and decision support to the leadership team on opportunities/risks, business proposals, future results expectations, and evaluation of future and past investments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinates with Plant Finance and Plant Managers to aggregate and consolidate critical pieces of information on results and forecasts.Ensures accuracy and consistency of reporting and analysis across all locations.Performs insightful analysis on results and forecast, reporting results to key stakeholders at varying levels across the organization in a manner that drives collaboration and action.Partners with other Finance and Supply Chain functions to develop operational strategies that aide in achieving financial objectives.Plays a leadership role in the annual budgeting process.Collaborates and supports special projects as financial assistance is required.Collaborates with business partners to identify areas to enhance and streamline reporting processes.Operates as a remote Finance lead for a small plant.The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required, Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance/accounting required, preferably in a CPG/Manufacturing environmentExperience with SAP or other ERP systems (business intelligence) preferredHigh level of proficiency with MS Excel, and solid financial knowledge base requiredExcellent communication skills, written and oral, for effective interaction with finance and operations teams, including the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial audiencesRequires problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsExperience managing and supporting teams to complete projects efficiently and accurately requiredStrong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results within a highly dynamic work environmentAbility to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, and be comfortable interacting with varying levels of the organization and across functional groupsAbility to travel up to 10% of time
