Jim Shorkey Auto Group is in search of our next best Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be providing leadership for technicians and our service advisors. You will be responsible for planning and directing operations and improving productivity, efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Primary Duties:

Hire, train, and develop all members in the Service DepartmentPrepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department.Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.Serves as liaison with factory representativesKeeping a record of accounts and financial informationFocusing on customer retention by building relationshipsKeeping track of time and payroll for Service employeesKeeping track of service and inventory recordsOrdering parts and supplies as neededMaintains safe work environment.Benefits:
