Career 1 Source is looking for an energetic and connected individual to join a growing regional bank in the Kansas City metro!

Build, grow, and manage a commercial loan portfolio.Market and originate loans, business deposit products and treasury management services to businesses.Represent organization at various civic and industry functions.Other projects as needed.A successful candidate for this Commercial Lender opportunity will possess the following:
At least 2 years of commercial lending or commercial credit analysis experience.The connections across the Kansas City metro to be successful producing C&I loans.An enjoyment in participating in various civic and industry events, organizations, and functions.The want to achieve and be The Banker for your customers.Strong emotional intelligence.
