Channel Marketing Manager

- Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans, policies, and strategies that align with organizational goals and respond to market trends and consumer demands.
- Lead the development and execution of promotional campaigns, including tradeshows, events, and other marketing initiatives to increase product and service visibility in target markets.
- Gather, track, and analyze data from various marketing campaigns to assess performance metrics, customer engagement, and ROI. Leverage insights to optimize future campaigns and activities.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, evaluate campaign expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency. Collaborate with financial teams to estimate potential sales and allocate resources effectively.
- Partner with product development, sales, and buying teams to forecast product demand and ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with product launches and availability.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and performance reviews. Adjust strategies, content, or channels as necessary to maximize impact and meet KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to ensure that marketing efforts remain relevant and innovative.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on campaign progress, budget adherence, and performance results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on channel marketing or multi-channel campaign management.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and budget management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and use insights to guide marketing strategies.
