Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Business Development Director to our growing Energy division. This role will focus on developing strategies and relationships to drive decarbonization work in the Aviation market across the country. Ideally, you've led and executed market growth strategies and managed accounts in the Aviation market with clear results. You have developed key relationships; are passionate about decarbonization; and are collaborative, positive, and curious. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include: Developing and executing strategic and tactical business plans. Leading client growth by identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities for new and existing clients. Managing client relationships, including financing and contract support; conflict resolution; and compliance on client deliverables. Increasing the gross revenue and operating income as delineated by yearly goals. Working with clients and development staff to develop technical, high value solutions that solve our client's needs. Position McKinstry's brand within the aviation vertical market. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction, management, business administration or related field required. This knowledge may be gained through 4 years applicable work experience in construction or facilities management companies. Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred, knowledge of CRM a plus. Ten (10) years of experience in a consultative selling role required. Experience in financial/performance contracting required. The pay range for this position is $126,900 - $217,200 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
