Insurance Estimator
The Estimator is responsible for preparing estimates and supplementals for reconstruction and emergency services.
The Desk Estimator's primary responsibilities are to create estimates using estimating software, for reconstruction and emergency services. Collaborate with clients to gain estimate and invoice approval.
$70,000-80,000 per year plus commissions!

Insurance Estimator
The Estimator is responsible for preparing estimates and supplementals for reconstruction and emergency services.
The Desk Estimator's primary responsibilities are to create estimates using estimating software, for reconstruction and emergency services. Collaborate with clients to gain estimate and invoice approval.

- Health Insurance

- Company Cell Phone
- Experience in Xactimate and Symbility advancement
- Meet all service standards set forth by the client or the company
- Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software, Xactimate or Symbility (as required)
- Train on these estimating tools as needed
- Utilize PDO QA for peer review
- Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards
- Complete estimates within insurance guidelines.
- Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.
- Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, Symbility, MICA and additional systems as requested
- Ability to create documents
- Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
- Ability to work independently and / or with a team
- Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
- Maintain a level of confidentiality
- Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility required
- Customer Service experience
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer, a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
