By coordinating the assembly and delivery of our samples, literature, and kits it will help deliver an optimal experience for homeowners, designers and architects who influence the selection of TruStile doors for a project and drive revenue for TruStile and maintaining our premium brand in the market.Responsibilities of your role:Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to communicationsIdentify trends related to customer orders and provide regular feedback to management as neededOrder custom samples and display tools through our proprietary ordering platformParticipate in additional projects within the support team or cross-functionally as needed to include custom sales kits and product launchesHandle, label and ship 50% of orders from the Shopify sample siteHandle, label and ship 50% of job-related orders from manufacturingMonthly inventory of physical marketing items for finance including glass samples, glass and wood kit boxes, glass foam inserts, rolling cases, 2-door stands, single door stands, corner racks, etc.Manage stock of all veneer, stain, glass and hinges with purchasing.Manage literature and catalog inventory with assistance from marketing and print vendorRequirementsThe ability to move quickly without rushingFabulous time management skillsA sense of ownership and teamworkStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong bias for action, ability to dive deep, and insistence on the highest standardsAn entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to participate in multiple roles at various levels,gives credit to others, always puts the company’s goals firstObsessive nature with the need for continuous improvementThe ability to act with a bias towards hands-on involvementExcellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skillsAn attitude focused on customers and an ability to empathize with what they experienceYour opportunity for better living:As a Marvin brand, TruStile is driven to imagine and create better ways of living.
