We are looking for a motivated and seasoned ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to drive new sales and sales revenue by building commercial relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 4-year or 2-year Associates Business Degree Preferred
    • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
    • Minimum of 5 years industry knowledge
    • Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
    • Attention to detail.
    • Good written and verbal communication.
    • Self-Managed
    • Self-Motivated to work and learn
    • Minimum 5 years sales experience with a willingness to learn
    • Minimum of 5 years in the print or related industry
    • Multi-tasking
    • Demonstrate knowledge of sales process/overcoming objections/closing skills


RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Meet/Exceed sales revenue quota
    • Meet/Exceed sales pipeline expectations
    • Utilize your skills and experience within the CityPress Sales Process
    • Actively work all company provided leads in a timely manner
    • Prospecting for new customers as necessary
    • Participate in company sponsored marketing events as requested
    • Attend networking functions and seek new markets and or opportunities to grow
    • Continually improve work efficiency
    • Meet administrative requirements to ensure a good transition to production and delivery


STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
    • Meet or exceed all sales process KPIs
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives
    • Attended all Company required meetings and events
    • Complete all administrative requirements for reporting and converting sales to orders
    • Adherence to safety management standards.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and referrals
    • Maintain all company provided equipment
    • Demonstrates good judgment when interacting with customers and employees
    • Respects the confidentiality of company information.
    • Displays a positive attitude and maintains a cooperative working relationship with all employees.
    • Proactively performs all duties independently and expeditiously, with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrates good organization and planning skills


$100,000 - $120,000 a year

Salary Plus Commission / Base Salary commensurate with experience

Commission structure based on billed revenue and profitability
