Manager of Marketing and New Business Development

You will lead the company's commercial efforts and champion the growth objectives of the organization. You will lead multi-channel initiatives to continuously increase our organization visibility in the industry among our peers, prospective clients, and talent recruits.

Successful candidates will have a demonstrated command of business strategy, exceptional writing skills, a passion for the digital marketing industry, and an eye for "what's next." Deep experience in digital and social media marketing is required. Our ideal candidate knows collections. Candidates must be able to prove experience of lead generation, getting to the decision maker to schedule demos and closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities to support growth objectives
  • Capture new business and successfully onboard new customers
  • Manage and respond to RFP's
  • Build awareness of the company and its capabilities
  • Develop a presence in targeted industries
  • Cultivate industry relationships in support of growth objectives
  • Monitoring progress towards goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's vision and strategy
  • Create and execute a marketing and business development plan that leads to net new revenue
  • Measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of DASI through various marketing and business development goals and objectives
  • Constantly perform analysis on marketing and business development campaigns to improve future campaign effectiveness
  • Create compelling content, such as: corporate and solution presentations, website updates, case studies, videos, whitepapers, data sheets and info-graphics
  • Plan and execute virtual and physical events to promote DASI, increase awareness and grow our reputation as a thought leader
  • Partner closely with business partner teams to develop compelling sales enablement tools for new business, existing business, and client retention

Experience and Skills Required:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing and Business Development
  • Vast knowledge and experience in the receivable management industry preferred
  • A self-starter highly focused, able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • The ability and flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Integrity and strong sense of ethics must be integral to this person's character
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and others central to the company's business
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
