What You'll Do:
The role involves overseeing a variety of critical responsibilities within new truck sales operations. This includes managing a team comprising sales coordinators, administrators, and syndications managers. Ensuring streamlined processes is key, from ensuring trucks are properly sold and warranties registered to activating Detroit Connect. Financial oversight includes managing expenses and budget development. Acting as a liaison between sales and accounting departments, the role ensures accuracy in quoting and forecasting data entered into Arcadium. It also involves optimizing Arcadium's functionality, overseeing deal processes from sales to booking, and maintaining efficient operations with Crossroads Financials. Training and onboarding new staff, supporting sales teams in achieving goals, and continuously refining sales processes are also integral. Additionally, planning and executing promotional events, maintaining Elite Support CIC standards, and leading annual budget preparations round out the role's comprehensive responsibilities.

Job Duties:
- Manage sales coordinators, administrators, and syndications managers
- Manage processes to ensure trucks are reported sold, warranties registered, Detroit Connect is activated, etc.
- Manage expenses to ensure that they are properly allocated and monitor for any discrepancies
- Develop and monitor new truck sales budget
- Liaison between the new truck sales department and accounting department
- Manage processes for the sales staff entering deals in Arcadium to ensure quoting and forecasting data is as accurate as possible
- Ensure forms and documentation produced by Arcadium are correct for each branch
- Manage, monitor, and continually improve Arcadium
- Manage the processes of deals from sales staff to new truck booking
- Ensure efficient processes between new truck sales and Crossroads Financials' Business Development Manager
- Manage new truck operational processes for PO's, fuel cards, vendors, schedules, etc.
- Train and onboard new staff
- Support the Sales Manager by monitoring and holding sales teams accountable for their target goals
- Develop and implement needed sales processes and continue to improve the efficiency of the department
- Plan & execute departmental events and promotional activities
- Elite Support CIC for New Truck Sales
- Lead annual budget preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or sales is preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or manufacturing
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Proven track record in management and relationship building
- Strong presentation, strategic planning, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel frequently
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels in the business organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly Self-motivated
Compensation:
- $80,000-$120,000 annual salary
