Qualifications
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or in lieu of a bachelor's degree a High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of business strategy, change, or project management experience
- 10 or more years Experience in the development of sound, intelligent strategies for strategic system implementation, integration methods, business process improvement, change management, product integration and risk management
- 10 or more years Working with and across various business units on Change Management initiatives including executive level management
- 10 or more years Leading organizational operations functions
- 10 or more years Project Management experience
- 10 or more years Experience in consulting, change management, organizational development, and transformation
- 7 years Managing others including leading and motivating large diverse teams
- Preferred: Experience in Financial Services in a regulatory environment and/or banking

Enterprise Change Management Program Office Director
The Director, Enterprise Change Management Program Office Director is responsible for the development and oversight of a suite of enterprise level processes, procedures, and systems which make up the architectural framework for how the organization manages projects and change. Responsibilities of this role include:
- Partner with Enterprise Project and Change Management Executive on the program strategy and design of the target operating model.
- Develop the organizational structure to build, implement and oversee the change and project infrastructure program.
- Serve as program subject matter expert amongst executive level stakeholders and partners.
- Lead the development of program reporting and analytics.
- Establish effective program governance processes and procedures.
- Orchestrate the initial program implementation including end user training and communications.
- Develop and oversee the programs continuous improvement analysis and process optimization efforts including on-going program training and communication efforts.
- Develop a robust quality assurance and key risk indicator solution.
- Manages responses for audits, remediation, regulators, AUs, etc. for change management as well as the committee mgt including, control and risk forum.
Position Responsibilities
Change Management - Strategic Functions
- Develops and implements a comprehensive change management program strategy, from design through implementation and ongoing optimization for a broad spectrum of complex business needs.
- Coordinate across Business, Technology, Control, Risk, Compliance and Legal to provide seamless and aligned processes, organizational structures, and tools to effectively manage risk associated with change efforts.
- Facilitate and or support large cross-functional planning meetings and workshops using change management best practices and approaches.
- Continually analyzes key data points to monitor the overall health of the programs efforts and deploys corrective measures to ensure key dependencies and objectives are cared for.
- Establishes and maintains measurable program development and implementation roadmap in alignment with critical business objectives.
- Serves as a change office subject matter expert delivering material and presenting to all levels withing the organization including executive leadership.
Target Operating Model Strategy
- Develop the processes, procedures, controls, and artifacts to operationalize the target operating model.
- Establish workflows, systems of record, reporting, analytics, and monitoring.
- Lead the change strategy and implementation of the target operating model to the user community including the executive leadership team.
- Develop the organizational model to support the Program Operating Office.
- Build the Program Team to manage the target operating model including recruit, train and oversee the team that will support the initial development of the operating model and the ongoing oversight and management.
Program Management Office Optimization
- Establish an end-to-end Quality Assurance system for all critical change and project management processes and procedures.
- Implement a data environment to monitor on-going program performance with associate forums and governance routines.
- Develop solutions to intake key data elements to analyze against the operating model testing for efficacy and optimization opportunity.
- Deploy comprehensive root cause analysis competency for defects and change-related issues including thematic review and trending.
HR and Financial Management
- Responsible for selecting, motivating, and retaining high performing talent, cultivating a spirit of teamwork and continuous improvement with shared goals and objectives.
- Supports the development and growth of direct reports through on-going direction, coaching and performance management.
- Manages expenses and budget associated with the team and work managed.
