In this pivotal role, you'll analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and design action plans that propel us forward.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as a key thought leader in the organization, influencing and driving strategic discussions with leadership and external partners -managing the development of approved new business ventures from concept to operation.
  • Provides coordination in all facets of the development of new projects:
  • Evaluates potential ideas, services and opportunities for viability and compatibility with our mission, corporate synergies, goals and objectives.
  • Creates business plans within the parameters of approved business plan templates for each business opportunity that passes a viability review.
  • Oversees the implementation, coordination and closure of strategic projects within GRC:
  • Facilitates strategic planning sessions resulting in actionable project plans that contribute to GRC's key strategic goals.
  • Identifies and prioritizes projects based on impact and alignment with GRC's strategic objectives and mission - sets priorities, timelines and performance benchmarks for project completion.
  • Consistently scans and monitors the healthcare landscape for funding opportunities
  • Maintains and establishes relationship with community partners funding, and referral sources.
  • Proactively identifies grant opportunities that align with future healthcare trends and organizational growth goals
  • Prepares RFP and executive proposals to acquire reinvestment and related funding to serve our patients and expand our mission.
  • Attends mandatory GRC in-services and trainings.
  • Participates in GRC Leadership Committee and Departmental meetings, as appropriate, that pertain to active projects.
  • Prepares formal and informal presentations, as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven ability to think long-term and integrate strategic thinking into actionable project plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Successful grant application and implementation experience preferred.
  • High level of skill with Microsoft Office 365 products required: particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, TEAMS, and Planner/To Do.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and trends to inform strategic decisions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in strategic planning, business development or project management.
  • Successful grant application and implementation experienced preferred.

Preferred requirements
  • Master's degree.
  • Successful grant application and implementation experience.

Other Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and favorable driving record.
  • Pass a PA Criminal Background Check.
  • Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
  • Pass Drug Screen.
  • TB Test.
