Job Title: Vice President of Marketing

Reports to: President/CEO

Job Summary: Kessington Aerospace is a supplier of very complex machined parts to Aerospace and Defense with a record of 98% on time delivery. At Kessington Aerospace we're looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Vice President. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while seeking out new customer opportunities in Aerospace and Defense. Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution to measurement.
• Identify and develop new customers and markets that will grow business revenue.
• Prepare weekly marketing meeting agendas that demonstrate with date the progress and success of the marketing plan.
• Insure weekly/monthly bookings are maintained at a level that meets monthly business objectives defined by CEO/Controller
• Develop strategies for gaining access to key customer decision makers.
• Identify key industry shows and venues that promote maximum exposure of the company's capabilities.

Minimum Experience Required:

• 5 years accomplished track record in growing business
