Our Workplace Solutions team at Cerity Partners handles the prospecting, sale, implementation, and servicing to companies looking to provide a financial planning benefit to their employees. The Workplace Solutions Relationship Manager develops and oversees the optimization and evolution of our corporate programs. They work alongside cross-functional teams to design strategic tactics that drive growth.

Our Workplace Solutions team at Cerity Partners handles the prospecting, sale, implementation, and servicing to companies looking to provide a financial planning benefit to their employees. The Workplace Solutions Relationship Manager develops and oversees the optimization and evolution of our corporate programs. They work alongside cross-functional teams to design strategic tactics that drive growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manages Workplace Solutions corporate financial programs, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for supporting the strategic growth of our corporate programs through existing and new business
- Leads and manages project initiatives: building project plans, managing project milestones, and seeing them through to completion
- Responsible for collaborating on growth strategies within each relationship for both B2B and B2C growth.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams (i.e Marketing, Advisor Teams, Compliance, etc.) to execute project milestones
- Curates Workplace Solutions external collateral (i.e. email drip campaigns, newsletters, flyers, invites, presentations) in concert with Advisor and Marketing teams.
- Assists advisors with the creation of benefits education, video scripts, presentation talk tracks, etc.
- Prepares agendas for and facilitates all Workplace Solutions program recurring meetings (both internal and external)
- Leads recurring meetings with advisor teams to provide updates and ideas to grow programs
- Attends all internal and external meetings for relationships they are responsible for.
- Manages relationships with corporate partners, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Facilitate regular communication with our HR partners
- Develop and present quarterly data detailing engagement, trends, and KPIs
- Present solutions and strategies to evolve our programs to better meet the needs of the organization and their people.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree required, with concentration in business, project management, communications, or related field preferred
- 5+ years' experience in a project/process management role preferred. Has PMP certification or is working toward it
- 5+ years' experience in sales role preferred
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals/targets
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with an ability to cultivate, and manage client relationships, and work effectively with others
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Possesses strong computer skills: Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel), CRM systems, internet, and Google Docs
- Salesforce and Canva experience a plus!
- High level of integrity in dealing with confidential client and prospect information
- Willingness to travel (estimated 5% of time) and work a flexible schedule (some evening events required)
- Has a positive attitude, collaborative, takes initiative/responsibility of projects and desire to coach others.
