POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager will have responsibility for planning, content, implementation, management, performance, measurement, ROI and reporting for all TSC earned and paid digital and social. Additionally, the position will have responsibility for maximizing and managing analytics and SEO for Signorelli company websites. The right candidate can provide insightful direction with data driven recommendations. Position reports to Senior Vice President of Marketing.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategize Digital Marketing Plans to Reach Goals, including:
    1. Website & Search Engine Optimization
      • Website creation, URL acquisition, research as needed
      • Create SEO plans with Marketing Managers (website content, blogs, etc.)
    2. Google Advertising
      • Create and manage PPC, Display, Discovery, and Video campaigns, short-term and/or year-long
      • Collaborate with external agencies to maintain budgets and goals
    3. Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
      • Create and manage campaigns, short-term and/or year-long
      • Recommend creative for specific campaigns, based on research and best practices
    4. Organic Social Media
      • Recommend social media strategies, including content type and schedule
      • Research industry specific algorithm trends
  • Manage Marketing Data & Reporting, including:
    1. Build data models with accurate conversion rates, CPL and CPA to justify budgets and spend
    2. Collaborate with data team to create and optimize dashboards for leads, sales and other KPI's
    3. Create data-checking tools to maintain integrity of reports and dashboards
    4. Collaborate with Marketing Managers to research trends and insights from internal data
    5. Create "as-needed" reports, as requested by Marketing Managers or leadership
    6. Create competitive analyses and conduct research on competitor tactics in digital space
    7. Ensure trackability for all possible advertising venues, including UTM/QR codes and analytics flows
    8. Research new technologies and digital advertising opportunities
  • Liaison with Agencies and Vendors:
    1. Lead partnerships with CRM integrations, portal creation, or campaign management
    2. Collaborate with internal departments as needed
    3. Manage communication, contracts, terminations, and requests
    4. Research and vet out new vendors, potential partners, or opportunities


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing
  • HubSpot experience preferred
  • Certifications in Google AdWords and other social media certifications preferred
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
