Job Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in transforming patients' lives by developing and implementing innovative treatment programs that enhance their independence and quality of life. Lead objective, quantifiable assessments of patients' self-care functionsDesign and implement innovative treatment programs tailored to individual patient needsEvaluate cognitive, sensory-perceptual-motor, and activities of daily living functionsTrack and measure patient progress against established treatment goalsCollaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomesAdapt treatment approaches based on patient response and progressMaintain detailed documentation of patient assessments and progressQualifications:
Background in occupational therapy from an accredited programIdaho OT license (candidates approaching graduation/licensure may apply)Current BLS certificationStrong patient assessment and treatment planning capabilitiesExcellence in communication and interdisciplinary collaborationCommitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learningApplicant Insights:
