POSITION SUMMARY:
Love driving cars? Fast on your feet? Looking for steady hours and income? Join Balfour's entrepreneurial and dynamic team as a Driver/Valet Attendant. Ideal candidates will be passionate about providing superior customer service, will excel at building relationships, and have an outgoing personality.
SCHEDULE: 4pm to 8pm Monday - Friday
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Valet parks vehicles, and they will assist residents/visitors who are entering and leaving the propertySuccessful candidates will work in a non-tipping environment- perfect for those seeking steady hours and incomeValets are expected to supply residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, hours of operation, and local areas of interestsAdditional duties as a driver will require providing transportation services to our residents using a Company-provided vehicleYour ability to work weekends and holidays is essential in this roleAbility to communicate openly, honestly and responsibly with othersAbility to maintain a customer focus treating all customers with respect and integrityAbility to accept responsibility for agreements made and follow through as appropriateQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be 21 years or olderMust have a Valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle recordPossess or be willing to obtain a chauffeur's licenseDemonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family membersAbility to read, speak, and understand the English languageEffective verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to work weekends and holidays as needed
