GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides first level support for all guest facing and operational hardware/software systems.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with the installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software.Assists with the setup and installation of new attraction hardware.Logs calls and issues into tracking systemAssists with the maintenance of documentation and procedures for installed products.Assists with the maintenance and modifications of attraction software.Provides first level support for all wireless attraction devices including computers (laptops), printers, phones and tablets.Provides hands on support for information systems infrastructure.Receives and responds to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails while on duty regarding device problems.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in Computer/IT related field or certificate from a Computer/IS Technical School or 1 year work experience in a technical support roleExposure to technical networks and PC, Printer and Mobile hardware, and hands on hardware troubleshooting experience.Exposure to technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards, a plus.Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.Effective interpersonal skillsMust have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.Good written and oral communication skills.Self-motivated and directed.Attention to detailStrong customer-service orientationPHYSICAL CONDITIONS:
