Social Media Activation Specialist, Full-Time, Easton PAGENERAL SUMMARY:A strategic, highly organized, self-directed, and creative Social Media Activation Specialist who has significant experience with highly visible brands managing and executing social media marketing and influencer campaigns across a variety of social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest), ecommerce, and digital marketing platforms.In addition to managing the brand's day-to-day social platforms, this person will play a key role in leading the strategy, guidelines, editorial planning process and activation surrounding the brand's social campaigns, programs, content and communications.The ideal candidate will possess a social-first mindset, the innate talent for both creating and recognizing on-trend and engaging content, impeccable attention to detail and extensive proven experience activating social media, influencers and content creators to build brands, generate organic engagement, grow followers and subscribers, and drive consumer advocacy, awareness and engagement. The desired individual will identify opportunities to engage audiences by leveraging new and existing social media channels and technologies as well as implement mechanisms for measurement and best practice learning. On a strategic level, he/she/they will create and drive the development of the brand's social media marketing strategy including test and learn programs, strategic partners and tools to acquire new fans and connect with current followers more effectively and meaningfully. He/she/they will also vet, on-board and manage external partner agencies to optimize brand's ability to create, curate and publish engaging, entertaining and on-trend social content.On a tactical level, he/she/they will manage a combination of social targeted marketing campaigns, cultural moments, and an always-on social content strategy and presence across platforms by driving the social campaign calendar across our brand social handles, creating social-native content, partnering with influencers and content creators, identifying performance metrics to drive consumer demand and efficiency and effectiveness, developing a pipeline of new content ideation, as well as providing regular performance reporting to all levels of the business.
