Broadband Program Manager

Our power generation client in the Miami area is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. You can be located anywhere in south Florida. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of service for a major telecommunications customer"s inside plant (ISP) requirements. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has experience managing large telecommunications service contracts, and is dedicated to exceptional customer service and teamwork. Responsibilities include:
-Oversee internal technicians to implement the preventative maintenance contract across their designated geographic areas-Monitor open tickets to ensure timely resolution, providing status updates to customers while addressing their inquiries and service requests, and escalating issues to the appropriate team as needed-Coordinate necessary repairs to restore service, order parts for repairs, and effectively read and interpret schematics, flowcharts, wiring diagrams, and specifications while expanding knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems and batteries to review inspection reports and inform customers about urgent maintenance needs-Maintain accurate records of preventative and emergency maintenance for customer access and review as required

Requirements:
-College degree preferred, High School Diploma required-10 years of experience in managing electrical power and cooling services for facilities-experience managing teams of service providers-Excellent customer service skills-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
