The right candidate will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. They will be responsible for consulting with Hiring Leaders to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency-based interviewing, and monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Summary:
Recruiters will fill all doctor openings within the organization, including full-time, part-time, and even PRN candidates.Work directly with the doctor recruiting team to generate leads and manage the full-life cycle of the recruiting process with doctors.Continue to build upon the ATS and CRM with dental candidates through sourcing, pipeline building, and referrals.Conduct initial phone interviews for doctor candidates then coordinate phone interviews with regional directors in a timely manner to move candidates through the recruiting process.Organize itineraries and attend interviews, as needed.Work closely with senior leadership team to negotiate compensation, bonuses, and any other contract-specific updates to increase acceptance rates on offers.Travel to clinics to meet office stakeholders.Build relationships with office staff to help coordinate on-site interviews.Update ATS/CRM with candidate touch points and communication in a timely manner.Create ad postings for open positions on various job boards.Monitor job postings and sites to keep track of interested candidates.Report directly to Director of Doctor Recruiting for job prioritization, daily tasks, contract approval, and weekly/monthly/quarterly goals.Track status of individualized goals as they compare to team-wide goals and objectives.Requirements:
