The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment team, developing and executing strategies to attract, assess, and hire high performing talent across all levels of the organization. This role will focus on building a strong employer brand, implementing efficient recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Essential Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and workforce needs.Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide insights and guidance into the talent strategies to achieve the business goals. Drive initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and increase the company's visibility as an employer of choice.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate attracting and sourcing, assessing, interviewing, and selection. Streamline recruiting processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience. Ensure the use of data and metrics to evaluate and improve recruiting performance and processes.Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce. Track diversity metrics and provide insights to continuously improve representation within the hiring pipeline.Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.Lead and mentor hiring managers on recruitment processes, interviewing skills, and ensuring a great candidate experience. Set and monitor recruitment team goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Build relationships with external partners, such as colleges, industry groups, and professional networks, to create a robust talent pipeline. Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote brand awareness and attract potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers, and other departments to understand workforce needs and anticipate future hiring requirements.Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing reports on hiring activities, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and quality of hire. Use data to provide insights, optimize recruiting strategies, and improve overall hiring efficiency.Develop dashboards and reports to monitor recruiting activities and make data-driven decisions.Qualifications and Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field along with experience in driving strategic talent acquisition programs.Experience developing expert recruiters.Strong strategic thinking, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work with all levels of company leadership.Familiarity with talent acquisition metrics, data analysis, and reporting.Ability to maintain highly confidential information.Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required

Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.Experience with SAP system preferred.Working knowledge of state and federal employment and labor laws including Title VII, EEO, FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, ADEA, ADA, etc.Competencies Required
