Both NURSYS and BON are required for nursing licensesMGB Medication Exam & MGB Dysrhythmia Exam with 80% Passing required1st page must be MGB Submission Checklist. Include past 7 years of work experience. All work experience and education must include city & state.2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in SkillsetMGB Skills Checklist Required for Submission
