*** FLOAT POOL M/S TELE RN (MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO 8 DIFFERENT UNITS)Eves & EOW - 40hrs. ***RESPONSIBLE FOR CARDIAC MONITORING, CARDIAC DRIPS & READING TELE STRIPS – 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED ****Unit Name: Float Pool RN (must be willing to Float between 8 different units).Brief Unit Description: Float throughout the hospital to all Med/Surg Tele areas ( areas listed).Experience Required: Two years of acute care hospital experience.Skill Sets Required: Telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours. TR Band experience. Must be able to perform Cardiac Drips and Reading Tele Strips.Clinician to Patient Ratio: Days & Eves up to 5:1. Nights up to 6:1.Patient Population: Care for ED border patients; medication nurse in the acute mental health unit, and care for non-vented patients who are transfer ready in the ICU.Bed Count: 371.Census: Units range from 8 to 41 beds.EMR (Charting System): EPIC, Omnicell, Kronos.Job Requirements

AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military. Brigham & Women's Faulkner, Cooley Dickinson, Nantucket Cottage hospitals prefer AHA, will accept Red CrossWill accept from any testing site.A completed primary COVID-19 vaccination series that is approved by the FDA or the World Health Organization (WHO) OR an up-to-date COVID vaccine if a primary series was never received or completed is required. No exemptions or waivers (religious/medical) will be considered.
