Job Description
Join our Finance department where we manage accounting, financial planning/budgeting, and procurement operations for a wide range of entities. As a dynamic team, we collaborate to implement best practices and innovative business solutions, ensuring the good stewardship of member funds through transparency and fiscal responsibility. We are seeking a Grants & Contracts Manager to oversee the comprehensive full cycle of grant and contract administration, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and relevant regulations for international grants and government contracts. This role includes overseeing contract management, reviewing solicitation and contractual documents, preparing cost proposals, recommending actions for contract performance, analyzing financials against budgets, participating in audits, and leading the preparation of fully compliant cost proposals.
Hard Skills
5 years of grants and contracts management experience
Must be a manager level (managing the process, not people)
Knowledge of FAR, 2CFR200 and federal award regulations
Federal Contracting or Grant Management Certification (preferred)
Experience with USAID (preferred)
Soft Skills
Ability to manage processes efficiently
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Arlington, Virginia and some days remote.
