Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
Build well-written technical training for production equipment and or lines
Facilitate training to the intended audience ensuring information is understood
Analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems
Communicate with all levels across SC Operations through active listening, and asking questions to ensure training materials includes all processes and tasks
Use photographs, drawings, videos, diagrams and charts in training material to increase users’ understanding
Adjust facilitation style to meet the needs of the audience by selecting appropriate communication mediums, such as manuals or online videos
Revise training materials to keep up with process improvements
Produce high-quality detailed training material/documentation that meets THS standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Meet aggressive deadlines
Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of technical writing.
Delivering accurate training/documentation under tight deadlines
Collaborate with Operational leaders across the site to increase information sharing, performance support, and training delivery skills
Coordinate with Site leaders to understand training needs and influence the training and development agenda and objectives
Lead Training Resources to produce written information, verify and confirm facts.
Train Trainers in effectively delivering training material to hourly employees.
