IDIQ Project Controller - Honolulu, HI
The IDIQ Project Controller will oversee and support service order and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) projects, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion. This role will manage projects in Infralink, handle ticketing systems, and provide purchasing and invoicing support. The ideal candidate will excel in subcontractor coordination, schedule management, and field execution. As a working lead, this position involves direct involvement in project tasks and requires hands-on support for field projects and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
:
Service Order & IDIQ Support
: Coordinate and manage service orders within the IDIQ framework, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of project requirements.
Infralink Project Management
: Utilize Infralink for tracking and managing project activities, timelines, and milestones.
Ticket Management
: Oversee ticketing processes, ensuring timely responses, resolutions, and updates for service requests and project tasks.
Point of Laydown (POL) Support
: Provide logistical and administrative support for POL tasks, assisting with resource allocation and scheduling.
Purchasing & Invoice Support
: Manage purchasing requests, vendor relationships, and invoice processing to maintain budget alignment and financial transparency.
Subcontractor Coordination
: Coordinate subcontractor activities, manage schedules, and ensure all work aligns with project standards and timelines.
Service Order Project Management
: Lead service order projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with contractual specifications and client expectations.
Schedule Coordination
: Work with project teams to develop and maintain schedules, optimizing workflows and resource utilization.
Field Execution
: Act as the on-site lead, directly supporting field operations and ensuring successful project delivery.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED with minimum 6+ years of experience in the following:
Working with trade technicians and managers
Supporting multiple Site locations and projects of different disciplines
Collecting and compiling large data files, experience with creating databases for use by technicians and PMO.
Managing large amounts of correspondence with both government entities and vendors.
Working with CMMS or other programs that support maintenance operations for various assets, equipment, and facilities.
Facility Operations and/or Equipment Maintenance experience and familiarity with terms common mechanical and electrical industry terms.
Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) and SharePoint to create effective management and status reports.
Proficient in technical writing, creating formal requests, generating proposals, and supporting project documentation.
Managing subcontractor and vendor correspondence for scheduled, emergent, and urgent repair projects.
An active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
