Through the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), the AM&E IDIQ supports multiple congressional authorities and programs that support the reform of Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) of partner nations' (PN's) ministries of defense. specific to INDOPACOM . This position shall support the design and implementation of AM&E for SC programs, activities, and initiatives by working across DoD and with key interagency and state partners, the broader SC community, stakeholders, and interest groups. Services provided under this position will be performed in
Honolulu, HI
and require occasional domestic and international travel. This position requires a Secret clearance.
