How You Will Make an Impact:
As a key member of the site leadership team, you will lead and facilitate the implementation of PPI (Practical Process Improvement) tools and structures at the Ward Hill site. With a strong background in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies, you will support the site in achieving its PPI bowler objectives, facilitate complex problem-solving initiatives, and drive continuous improvement cultural change at this regulated site with 160+ employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, maintain, facilitate, and embed a ‘PPI Culture’ through training and engagement.
Deliver the PPI roadmap and ensure alignment with site objectives.
Champion and support continuous improvement and Lean thinking across the site.
Identify and drive PPI opportunities and handle the site PPI funnel.
Lead and maintain all PPI metrics, providing comprehensive reporting to the business at all levels.
Partner with the Finance function to evaluate and confirm saving potentials.
Validate efficiency savings against the site P&L to ensure accurate accounting.
Collaborate with other LCD Business Unit PPI teams on cross-functional/divisional activities.
Facilitate and participate in Kaizen and 8 Step Events to drive productivity and growth.
Provide experienced knowledge on continuous improvement practices, including Tiered Daily Management, Problem Solving, Standardized Work, Gemba Walks, Leader Standard Work, and 5S.
Preferred Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or a related role.
Validated expertise in Lean methodologies, including Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and kaizen.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve sophisticated problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging team members at all levels.
Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Proven innovation and passion in developing and implementing process improvements.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab) is helpful.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related subject areas is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Industry or any regulated industry is advantageous).
Familiarity with bottling line operations.
Proven track record of driving cultural change within a multifaceted and fast-paced environment.
