Our client, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of the GTS IT Support team supporting the Maryland location. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, network/cable management experience, and be a self-starter/self-sufficient individual who can work effectively in a high-paced atmosphere.

Job Title: GTS IT Support Technician (Maryland)

Location: Owings Mills, MD

Pay Range: Based on experience

What's the Job?

Provide on-site/on-call support for hardware devices throughout their lifecycle

Execute Sox Controls

Take an advisor role when working with management and end users to make sure equipment runs successfully

Train employees on software and computer systems; group presentations, 1:1 trainings, and onboarding

Continuous improvement specialist

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes

3 years’ experience performing software installs and updates

3 years' experience with routine troubleshooting

Basic understanding of Information and communication tech infrastructure
