Our client in the financial industry is seeking an AEM Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As an AEM Business Systems Analyst, you will be on a team supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a high level of problem-solving and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of AEM Forms, Assets, and Sites.

What's the Job?
Perform analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications (including testing of AEM applications)
Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers, serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
10+ years experience required
Deep understanding of AEM Forms, Assets, and Sites
Strong project management skills with ability to handle diverse projects simultaneously, meet aggressive deadlines, exercise good judgement to understand/analyze complex details, and solve technical problems
Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions
Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage and increase operating efficiency
