Topcon Healthcare is currently looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our corporate IT department. This position is responsible for building and maintaining business reports, maintaining our Data Warehouse and helping with integrations between systems. A successful candidate will have experience in deriving data from disparate systems and build reports and models as per business requests.

Responsibilities:

Translate business needs/requirements to technical specifications and engage with internal users to deliver the best solutions.Work with multiple data sources (including legacy data sources) and ensure source of truth is correct.Basic understanding of general CRM core modules in Sales (Opportunities, Contracts, etc.)Define, design and build BI solutions that enable the business to make decisions.Work with integration tools to ensure data is up to date.Work with 3rd party vendors on larger projects to meet business needs.Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience as a Report Developer or BI Developer working with Microsoft SQL Server.Background in data warehouse design (dimensional modeling, data mining, etc)Understanding of Microsoft Data Architectures (MS SQL Server, Databricks, Data Fabric)Hands on experience BI technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SSMS, and other database platforms and toolsExperience with SAP By Design is a plus.Must be enthusiastic about learning new technologies.Must be detail oriented and excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Proficient on MS Office Tools.Qualifications:

B.S. in Business/Accounting/Information Systems or related degree (required).

Base Pay:

Expected Base Pay Range: $110,000 to $130,000 Annualized

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
