WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The
Network Rack Operations Lead
will lead a team of technicians, overseeing the assembly of customer server racks within a clean room lab environment. This position works closely with Project Management and Network Engineering teams to deliver exceptional service, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely completion of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and coordinate the installation of network hardware, components, and cabling. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with copper and fiber optic network cabling. Inspect and test copper and fiber optic lines, ensuring industry-standard compliance. Rack and stack networking hardware within data center racks, adhering to technical requirements. Provide technical support via multiple communication channels. Collaborate with network engineers and project managers on network design, implementation, and issue resolution. Cable racks according to data center standards, ensuring efficient and organized cable routing for future maintenance. Uphold quality, productivity, and turnaround standards, taking ownership of team output. Offer hands-on guidance to the team, managing schedules, setting clear goals, and ensuring high-quality performance. Lead by example in resolving issues and managing team dynamics to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Take on additional duties as needed to support team and project success. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Proficient experience with networking hardware, including routers, servers, switches, PDUs, and fiber optic/copper cabling. Hands-on experience with major manufacturers' routers, switches, and wireless equipment. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong time management, written, and verbal communication abilities. Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and port maps accurately. Skilled at reading and executing rack build layouts and bills of materials. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to diagnose technical issues and determine root causes. Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Proven experience with large-scale network deployments in a corporate setting. Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience providing constructive feedback, coaching, and hands-on training. PREFERRED CRITERIA:
5+ years Network deployment experience CCNA / JNCIA/ CompTIA or equivalent

Pay Range
$85,000-$95,000 USD
