Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX who will be responsible for Electrical manufacturing consisting of PDRR, MSE / MRO / CFS.
Chair Cause and Correction Action Board, driving continuous process improvements through the PMT process and SIA's.
Coordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering Manager to monitor the design sequence of operations and specific procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect production.
Coordinate with Quality Manager to incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
Oversee the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools through preventative maintenance.
Drive corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality
#mfcprodopslcode Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
Manufacturing knowledge/experience in a combination of the following: PDRR, MSE / MRO / CFS is a plus
Previous leadership experience
Appropriate acumen to successfully interact with Program Senior Management, Sr. Management, HR, and Union Leadership.
Demonstrated skills in team building and leading.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience
Ability to obtain US Government-issued Secret Security Clearance. Desired Skills: Proficient in SAP, MRO
Greenbelt Certification
Knowledge of CBA and interaction with Union Leadership
Experience in:
First line supervision
Collective Bargaining Agreement
Programmatic/Operations cost and estimating
Driving continuous improvement/cost reduction activities
Support MFC Operations execution processes - PMT, ELC, CAB, and Production Risk Assessments
Input to Capital and infrastructure plans
Clear understanding of the production processes employed by Lockheed Martin. Security Clearance Statement:
