We're seeking a .NET Developer to join a Financial Services client of ours.
Responsibilities :Will interpret written requirements and technical specifications for software solutions to business problems.Will develop software based on the technical specifications.Will analyze and investigate problems with software solutions that have been reported by clients and document the results of their investigation(s).Will perform maintenance of software and correct defects that have been identified during the maintenance process.Will run unit tests on software they create, implement test plans, test harnesses and document the test results.Will investigate and suggest solutions to defects and problems with software solutions that have been detected during testing.Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience:
At least 5 years' experience developing enterprise class applications using .NET and C#, particularly distributed and Cloud applications.Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development using .NET Core and C#.Design and implement the highly scalable REST API services to properly handle requests access for data security, access and merge the data from downstream services and databases, design and refactor the data structure and algorithm to enhance the performanceExperience or knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous DeliveryExperience or knowledge of database design and development (SQL and NoSQL)Experience or knowledge with Cloud Foundry.At least 1 year's expertise in handling with snowflake software with multiple source platform and established a real time experience with the software.Experience in Writing Unit/Integration testing and code clean Veracode process knowledge.At least 4 years of experience working in Agile - Scrum teamsStrong ability to design, code, and debug applications in various software languages.Prior experience working in the investment management industry or a strong desire to learn. Plus:-At least few years' experiences in informatica development where handled multiple vendors data and have built robust log tracking system to trace errors.At least few years expertise in reporting software like tableau etc.At least 1-2 years expertise in handling Python application knows to code & debug.Full stack development expertise is a plus including HTML5, Angular/Backbone, JavaScript, JSON, XML.Good understanding of investment/trading life cycle, use cases, and data requirements to support the lifecycleStrong communication skills
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.87 to $53.19 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
