Let's Redefine Possible SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Scheduler II in Solar with the ability to interact with various staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with high professionalism and confidentiality. The candidate will be able to train and communicate effectively with other team members. Preferred MN-based candidates but will consider remote applicants. If remote, they must have a minimum of two years' experience in Scheduling experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Support supervision through the preparation, monitoring, and updating of area schedules; and assisting site management in formulating action plans to correct scheduling problems Draft and computerize schedule network diagrams, monitoring and eliminating potential problems QUALIFICATIONS Minimum two years of construction scheduling experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience (for Scheduler II position) Experience as a Project Engineer is preferred Must be proficient in P6 Construction operations experience is strongly preferred Thorough knowledge of diversified schedule engineering systems, principles, and practices Proven ability, creativity, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems essential Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative to seek innovative solutions Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion Excellent oral and written communication skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
