Master Data Coordinator

AmesburyTruth is looking for a Data Coordinator to join our team in Sioux Falls! This role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system data in SAP S/4 HANA to support manufacturing components/assemblies in various lines at multiple production sites.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with other functional departments to ensure all required information is provided on Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) to set up new materials or modify existing materials in SAP.Scrutinize data/information provided from other functions through change requests and help ensure the data validity and accuracy within SAP S/4.Engage functional stakeholders of engineering changes to resolve instances of incomplete or inaccurate data/information.Ensure all required SAP fields (material master, bill of material, routing, vendor and customer data, etc.) are populated completely with accurate data.Oversee implementation of approved system data changes including running changes on ECR.Maintain current documentation of processes used for the loading of system data.Assist with identification and implementation of improvements to processes and tools used to facilitate the loading of system information.Provide project status updates to cross-functional teams on system work being completed.Education: 2-year degree in Information Technology.2-3 years of S/4 HANA ERP system experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Detail oriented and capable of strictly adhering to defined processes.Ability to pick up concepts quickly and quickly learn the use of software programs.Prior exposure to a manufacturing environment.Ability to work independently as a strong self-starter or collaborate as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
