This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. Special Mentions * Relocation provided * Travel as needed * First Shift * Multiple positions available Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage, configure, and maintain CostPoint and/or Exostar platforms, ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance. Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations to strictly keep the platforms secure and compliant. Fix and solve technical issues related to user access, system performance, and integrations. Oversee user provisioning, role-based access control, and permissions management within the supply chain systems. Monitor system health, performance metrics, and logs to proactively address potential issues. Ensure data integrity, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested regularly. Act as the main point of contact for supply chain system development and enhancement initiatives. Collaborate with diverse teams (finance, supply chain, operations, production, IT, etc.) to gather requirements and align the systems with business needs. Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing feature development with system stability and scalability. Coordinate and manage system upgrades, new feature implementations, and testing cycles. Analyze system usage, performance, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. Ensure effective communication and training plans for end-users to optimize the use of supply chain systems. Work with vendors and external partners to manage service levels and support agreements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on enterprise software systems. Demonstrable experience in product management, particularly in managing enterprise software systems. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and secure supply chain management systems. Familiarity with compliance requirements, including ITAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations. Excellent problem-solving and ability to fix issues efficiently. Good project management skills, with the ability to lead multi-functional initiatives. Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business terms. Certifications related to system administration, project management (PMP), or product management are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the aerospace, defense, or government contracting sectors. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and secure software systems management. Proficiency in automation, scripting, and systems integration.
