This role is based in Seattle, WA, where the successful candidate will provide sophisticated legal counsel on investment transactions for a variety of institutional clients, including pension funds, high-net-worth individuals, endowments, universities, sovereign entities, and insurance companies. Provide counsel on traditional and alternative investment transactions for a diverse set of institutional clients.Collaborate with other legal practice groups to ensure comprehensive investment management services.Manage and oversee complex documentation processes for investment transactions.Engage in negotiations and communication with clients and counterparts.Handle multiple projects and transactions simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.Participate in pro bono and public service initiatives to support the firm's community engagement.Requirements
Experience:
3-6 years in investment management, fund formation, or related legal field.Licensing:
Must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be licensed to practice law.Attributes:
Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills with an excellent eye for detail.Communication:
Exceptional client-service approach, with proficient negotiation and communication skills.Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate within a diverse team environment as well as work independently when required.Project Management:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications
Valid law license, eligible to practice within the state of Washington.Skills
