We see you.Responsibilities:Create and maintain databases, review and produce documents, organize and manage data, coordinate with 3rd party vendors, develop trial presentation materials, prepare and archive client material and data for closing.Demonstrate platform/software expertise on core eDiscovery tools/applications including Relativity, Brainspace, and Blackout.Keep abreast of emerging eDiscovery litigation support technology and processes, finding opportunities to adjust and implement the technology and processes into the eData System where appropriate.Consult with practice teams to identify and implement best practices for the identification, preservation, collection, analysis, processing, review, and presentation of paper and electronic discovery materials.Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and vendors.Be highly detail-oriented.Follow and comprehend project instructions and attorney requests.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.Work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines.Perform quality control analysis and report any issues with data.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in electronic discovery data processing in a law firm setting.Knowledge in the litigation process and the use of technology to support litigation and e-discovery efforts: CloudNine, Relativity, Reveal, Disco, Case Notebook, Ipro, Opus, Trial Director, and other litigation support applications.Knowledgeable in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) process & protocols.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience setting up and working with off-site data centers.Experience working with scanning software and ESI vendor experience.Knowledge in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat DC, and video collaboration web platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
