Software Systems Engineer
to work directly with clients and stakeholders as part of a cross-functional program team. In this role, you will capture, analyze, document, and innovate both existing and new business processes as part of an agile cyber security program. This position will be located within the National Capital Region (NCR).Responsibilities:This role will be part of an Agile software development team focused on new application development as well as operations & maintenance.Qualifications/Requirements:3-5 years of direct related Software Systems Engineering experience3-5 years of designing applications using primarily .Net (Web)BS/BA degree in Computer Information or related fieldUS Citizenship RequiredExperience architecting, troubleshooting, securing, and optimizing bastion forest domainsExperience integrating custom applications across networksExperience supporting technical reviews to integrate systems, security, applications for portability, flexibility, and data exchange with disparate systemsExperience with the following tech stack:.Net Web Forms and MVC web application development in C#, Object Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks such as Entity FrameworkFront End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, and React Source Code, CI/CD: Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHubMust be willing to work Hybrid scheduleRequired Clearance:Active TS/SCI security clearanceAbout Softtek Government Solutions:Softtek Government Solutions is a professional services firm focused on addressing our nation's most complex threats and challenges.
