Job Summary
In this role you will apply your technical expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis. Whether balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders or supporting more senior staff on complex projects, you use data and analysis and apply your experience, judgment, and risk mindset across your responsibilities.
Major Responsibilities
Ensure optimum performance, high availability and stability of solutions
Design and develop applications, system to system interfaces, and complete software solutions
Create documentation such as user guides and software development guides
Develop advanced code and perform code review
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
Minimum 5-6 years of software development experience.
Experience developing applications using MERN or MEAN stack.
Experience with web technologies: Restful Services, JavaScript, ReactJs, AngularJs.
Solid understanding of security principles and best practices; hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and databases
Minimum 5-6 years of developing at all levels of the application stack (front end/UI, middle/services and back end/database)
Experience with Java and Java frameworks (hands-on experience with Spring and Spring boot framework is must).
Experience implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Experience in designing data models and structures to store various kinds of data in different formats
Understanding of container technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud services from AWS, Azure, or any cloud provider.
Able to research and learn new methodologies and technologies and bring knowledge to the team
Ready, willing, and able to pick up new technologies and pitch in on story tasks (design, code, test, CI/CD, deploy, etc.)
The typical base pay range for this role is between $114K - $150K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
