The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.Role PurposeThe Creative Content Director will lead and oversee the strategic development and execution of creative content for North American Distillers for the following brands: Jeffersons, Rabbit hole, TX and Smooth Ambler. The Creative Content Director must be able to translate business needs into powerful creative executions with a core focus on the US market, expanding over time into other international markets. This role will lead a dedicated team of creative professionals and work with internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners to ensure our creative supports our overall brand strategy, achieves business objectives, and is delivered through a customer-centric approach.Key AccountabilityWorking with the VP marketing take ownership on developing the positioning (Timeless story and Cultural platform for the brand).Elevate the quality of design and conceptual work to advance our branded content used in multiple channels.Provide strategic, innovative, and design thinking-led solutions that facilitate fresh, compelling, creative concepts delivering business objectives. Demonstrate direction through hands-on execution.Oversee content creation that educates, informs, and engages consumers. Manage full cycle process from concepts to production to implementation to measurement and monitoring.Implement sustainability initiatives within the creative space.Consumer Journey:Design primary lasting communication and advertising assets based on consumer behavior insights and competitive intelligence studies.Build strong consumer relationships and deliver consumer-centric solutions.Drive strategies to increase digital customer engagement with the brands.Design engagement strategies for industry gatekeepers and personally engage with them.Analyze and report on market and competitor trends to identify core business threats and opportunities.Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen marketing plans and activities.Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Performance:Establish and organize longer term goals, themes, and content roadmaps, ensuring that all work ladders up to the company mission, product roadmap, and the brand strategy.Champion ROI and efficiency, consistently seeking to improve brand performance.Monitor and review competitor content and market trends to inspire new content and strategy updates.Creative Impact:Create and manage content strategies and plans that deliver on key brand goals and needs. Produce high-quality, compelling, and accurate output in support of projects and plans.Have a deep understanding of the company's brand identity to ensure consistent application across creative campaigns.Champion the US consumer in innovation processes, ensuring new products meet customer and consumer needs.Manage external agency relationships and connect the brand to current culture through innovative ideas and collaborations.Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key markets, collaborating with the Brand Portfolio and Brand Advocacy teams to align global brand initiatives with business goals.Assist in implementing localized strategies and optimizing A&P allocation with markets.Foster trust and strategic alignment with key markets, supporting the brand's geographical expansion.Lead, coach, and develop the brand management team.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.Required ExperienceBrand Building: Foster growth & consumer loyalty through brand consistency & a strong brand identity.Architect a Contemporary Strategy: Through contemporary strategies, elevate the creative identity and successfully connect with consumers at all relevant touchpoints.Shape the Consumer Journey: Leverage data analytics to reach the right consumer at the right moment with the right message, spend & channels through precision marketing.Build a Compelling Story: Reflect a close connection to the consumer through effective storytelling & emotion, including cultural nuances & social dynamics.Data & Insights: Leverage consumer behavioural data, pattern analysis, predictive analytics, channel performance data, etc., blended with qualitative research to make higher-value decisions faster. Dare to place well-judged bets.Pioneer & Lead with Idea: Lead with ideas, identify emerging trends, technologies, and consumer behaviours and use them to build a creative and compelling marketing campaign.
