Looking for an energetic, organized, and responsible administrative assistant to the President in the areas of enterprise systems and processes including analysis of performance metrics, travel management, project management, operational systems, and communication.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, performing minor accounting duties such as expense reports.Organizing meetings, agendas, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.Managing travel for the President and other executives as needed.Preparing required daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as special reports as requested.Partnering with Executive Leadership on the planning and execution of guest and employee functions and events.Performing other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required, assigned, and directed.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
