Major Duties:Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalfMaintaining comprehensive and accurate recordsPerforming minor accounting duties (processing ACH Returns Daily)Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessaryAnswering phone calls in a polite and professional mannerWelcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate departmentManaging the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive mattersLearn and understand digital banking operations and auxiliary services to promote efficient customer support and ensure smooth transactionsCompose Board Minutes and maintain the Board PortalMaintain a sufficient understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements as applicable, including BSA/OFACOther duties as assignedRequirements
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferredSuperb verbal and written communication skillsExperience managing complex schedules and maintaining high-level business relationshipsAbility to report to multiple peopleProactivity and self-directionProblem-solving and decision makingPhysical Qualifications
Be able to lift &/or carry up to 30 lbs.Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
