Executive Administrative AssistantA Bel Air Company is seeking an experienced, well-organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support for two of our Executives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalfManaging calendars; making travel, meeting, and event arrangementsPerforming minor accounting dutiesFull comprehension of office management systems and proceduresExemplary planning and time management skillsUp-to-date with advancements in office equipment and applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadDiscretion and extreme confidentialityAll other duties as assignedKnowledge and Skills RequirementsPrior experience as Executive Assistant to top level management.Prior experience making and scheduling travel plansIntermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Professional verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving and decision makingTime management and ability to meet deadlines
