Information Technology Specialist is to oversee and align the organization's technology resources with its strategic objectives. This role is essential for ensuring that technology systems are reliable, secure, and optimized to support business operations and drive productivity across our multiple locations throughout California and Idaho. On-site support will be frequently required at locations throughout California and Idaho. However, we do offer flexibility for remote work 2-3 days a week, depending on specific work assignments and needs.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support : Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.System Administration:

Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems, ensuring system integrity and security.System Support & Troubleshooting:

Ensure all IT systems are operating smoothly and efficiently. Provide prompt troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues that arise in theatre operations.Network Management:

Maintain and optimize network hardware and software to ensure smooth connectivity, high availability, and security across all systems.Data Security:

Implement and enforce data security measures, manage backup systems, and conduct regular security audits ensuring compliance with security standards and industry regulations to protect customer and business information.Project Management:

Plan and execute IT projects, including hardware/software upgrades, system migrations, and technology rollouts across theatre locations. Ensure projects align with company goals, timelines, and budgets.Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, procedures, and support tickets for future reference and audits.User Training:

Conduct training sessions and create resources to help users understand and optimize their use of IT systems.Teamwork:

Represent the IT perspective on projects and processes providing technical guidance, training, planning and support for business stakeholders.Vendor and Stakeholder Relations:

Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, overseeing service level agreements, and ensuring high-quality service and support.Responsibilities:Set up and maintain IT infrastructure in terms of WAN/LAN network, Access Points, MDF/IDF, security camera, POS system etc.Provide daily IT support for theater operations, including networks, desktops/servers, printers, scanners, touch screens, kiosks, UPS, other IT equipment and theater systems, etc.Maintain all IT equipment in good working condition.Install, configure & troubleshoot desktop/PC operating systems, hardware, software and apps, printers, etc., and support employee onboard/offboard.Manage IT equipment inventory, IT assets and user access privilege.Build and maintain theater POS system and other operational systems and applications as needed.Write SOP, user documents, provide IT training to end users.Multi-site implementation of corporate projects.Other projects or tasks assigned by Operations Manager/Director.Qualifications:3+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.Excellent network skills such as managing IT server room, network switch/firewall.Experienced computer troubleshooting skills (Windows 10/11).Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Nimble and patient with good communication skills.Well known security camera system experience is preferred.Retail or theater related IT support experience is preferred.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe position can be physically demanding and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting all day.
